Welcome to EEx96!

This website will serve as a resource for hobbyists, students, and professionals for electrical engineering related topics. Some of the articles that will be posted up are meant for helping people that we’re mentoring. The site is growing, and if you’d like to be a part of it, please let us know if you’d like to contribute an article to be published here.

EEx96, where x={1,2,3,4} represents a freshman thru senior project for electrical engineering students at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. During these projects, students are able to apply their coursework to building actual devices, algorithms, and entire electronic systems.

Depending on the topic, certain difficult projects require students to reach well beyond their coursework, and perform research on things never seen before. Through these potentially grueling trials each year, knowledge and skill mastery is solidified under stress: hence the phrase, “it sticks the first time around.”
